We don’t believe in growing by increasing the number of people but by increasing per person revenue, each year. We are a group of 60 in our group of companies – and ideally would not want to grow much larger in numbers. With lesser number of people, we have the flexibility of not accepting drudgery for work and only work on exciting stuff. That is the reason why more than half our staff is with us for last 10 to 15 years. In fact, almost the entire tech team of eMerge is with us since version 1 of eMerge.
